About Seaview House

	Below are the details of all the facilities and a description of all the rooms within Seaview House.
	Seaview House's situation in Long Rock means the only thing that separates Seaview House from the beach is a train track. However the double-glazing cuts down the likelihood of passing trains causing any disturbance. Access to the beach is approximately 300 yards away next to the local shop. Long Rock also has two Pubs, a Post Office, and two large supermarkets within a mile. Village Shops are two minutes walk away and a short stroll along the beach path will take you to the Station House a beachside Restaurant or on to where there is a good range of shops and restaurants.
	Seaview House has four bedrooms that can house a maximum of eight people plus an optional travel cot. The main living area is situated on the first floor to make the most of the fantastic views across Mounts Bay. The three main bedrooms are downstairs at the end of the entrance hall as is one of the two bathrooms. Bedroom 1: is the master bedroom, it contains a double bed, sliding doors that lead out on to the patio, and an ensuite. Shower room: this has a large shower cubicle, a W.C. and a washbasin. Bedroom 2: has twin single beds and also has sliding doors leading out to the patio garden with a decked area, which is fully enclosed by a tall wooden fence. Bedroom 3: has pine bunk beds. Bedroom 4: has a futon converting to a double bed and is situated upstairs on the gallery, looking out over the living area and the sea view, screens are provided. All bedrooms include storage space. Bathroom: is situated at the bottom of the main stairs, contains a bath with over shower, washbasin, W.C. and locking door.
The main living area is as previously described on the first floor over-looking the bay. It is large, light, airy, and spacious and includes lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The room is fitted with large sliding doors, which reach almost wall to wall and open out onto a large decked balcony with seats, tables and a panelled safety fence, and the same breathtaking view. The Lounge: area will seat 8 and includes a hi-fi system and colour television. The Dining: area features a large wooden table that also seats 8 and the Kitchen: area includes newly fitted kitchen units, worktops and a breakfast bar. There us also an electric oven and gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and a microwave. Instructions for all appliances are included in the Guest Instructions letter. From the main living area extends an open tread pine staircase up to the open gallery: which apart from the fourth bedroom (it has a futon) can be used as an additional sitting room, with separate table and chairs. The house is also fitted with full gas Central Heating.
	Seaview House also has parking room for up to 3 cars, including a Garage: with and plenty of storage space for diving, surfing or fishing equipment etc. Controlled Pets: are permitted but please note are only allowed on certain areas of the beach at certain times. Electricity and gas charges are included in the hire charge. The house is also fitted with full gas Central Heating. Village Shops are two minutes walk away and a short stroll along the beach path will take you to the Station House a beachside Restaurant or on to Marazion where there is a good range of shops and restaurants.
